Instructions for requesting deletion of personal data connected with maddvert services and applications.How to request deletion
Email info@maddvert.com from the email address connected with your account. Use the subject “User Data Deletion Request” and include your full name, account email or phone number, and the maddvert service or application you used.
Verification and processing
We may request limited information to verify that the request belongs to you. After verification, eligible personal data will be deleted from active systems within 30 days and we will send a confirmation to the contact address used for the request.
Information we may retain
Certain records may be retained only where reasonably required for legal, contractual, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes. Retained information remains protected and is not used for unrelated marketing.
