Proposals and orders

Website information and displayed prices are general information, not a final offer. A project becomes binding only when scope, price, timeline, responsibilities and payment terms are confirmed in writing and accepted.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, assets and timely approvals.
• Confirm that supplied materials may legally be used.
• Review deliverables within the agreed timeline.
• Pay invoices according to the accepted terms.

Intellectual property

maddvert retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, systems and know-how. Rights in final deliverables follow the accepted written agreement and applicable payment terms. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care under the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by law, maddvert is not responsible for indirect losses, platform outages, third-party policy changes or results that depend on factors outside our control.

Changes

These website terms may be updated for future use. Changes do not retroactively replace the written terms of an already accepted and paid order.
